  • Lesson Content: Artificial Intelligence is taking the place of human being. It is aimed to think and act humanly as well as rationally. However, one question still remains in the heart of such an affirmation. How far can Artificial Intelligence go and how much can it manage to do that? This course is aimed to investigate the role of the artificial intelligence as a medium of literary analysis and communication producing meaning in literature and other forms, mainly through creative writing (fiction & nonfiction), painting, photography, music etc. Another goal of this course is not only to determine the role of human being in the AI creations but also to investigate the role of AI as an apparatus to better human creations.  It is expected to create a platform for students to be more familiar with AI, discuss the new ethics and values co-created with this technology, explore new ways of AI analysis that can co-work with the traditional methods and give opportunity to students to examine/criticise writing, visual etc. samples by machine, professional writers/artists and their peers. There will be fiction and non-fiction writing assignments for AI and students.
