Biography

Dr. Mubaarak Saif obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer and Telecommunication Engineering from Taiz University-Yemen in 2010, a master's degree in Technical and Vocational Education with a specialization in Electrical Engineering from the Islamic University of Technology, Dhaka-Bangladesh in 2014, and a Ph.D. in Renewable and Clean Energy from North China Electric Power University, Beijing-China in 2021.

His research interests include Power System Optimization, Smart Grids, Hybrid Renewable Energy Systems, Energy Systems Modelling, Renewable Energy Power Generation, Hydrogen Energy Systems, Energy Economy, Distribution Energy Sources, Energy Policies & Strategies, Energy Management, and Energy Storage Systems.

He has worked as a lecturer in the Electrical Department of the Technical and Vocational Institute in Yemen, and as a scientific researcher at Echung-hinda Solution Co., Limited in Beijing, China. He also has experience in photovoltaic solar projects in Amman, Jordan.
