Özet

In this paper, we evaluated the impacts of distributive justice, procedural justice and trust in organization on affective commitment. In our study, data obtained from nurses, medical secretaries, office staff and biomedical technicians of Kocaeli University Hospital in Turkey were tested the hypotheses by multiple regression models. Results suggest that nurses, medical secretaries, office staff and biomedical technicians' perceptions of affective commitment is positively affected by their perceptions of distributive justice, procedural justice and trust in organization. If managers understand this effect and their role in developing and fostering it, they may contribute to increase their organizational performance.
