Özet

In this report, we present a 15-year-old girl with catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia who had cardiac resuscitation due to cardiac arrest and her sister had died from cardiac arrest. Catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardias (CPVT), without structural cardiac abnormalities, can lead to sudden cardiac arrest during exercise or exertion. In patients with CPVT exercise-induced syncope and family history are important factors in the establishment of diagnosis herein we wanted to emphasize the diagnosis and treatment of CPVT.
