Özet

The production process of novel ultrasonic probes with different PZT geometries are presented in this study, aiming for investigation of decrease in site of local point characterization of near and far acoustical field effects. As the first step of sequential process, rectangular and rhomboid PZTs working at different center frequencies (1 MHz, 2 MHz, and 4 MHz) are cut off from original circular PZTs. Secondly, mechanical designs are carried out where acoustic impedance matching is taken into consideration. After fabrication of probes, electrical impedance matching for each probe is performed for the purpose of traceability. The experimental results of the proposed probes will be presented at the conference.
