Rationale and Objectives. The aim was to evaluate the left ventricular wall motion abnormalities, perfusion and late contrast enhancement patterns on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in patients with 70% or higher degree stenosis or occlusion of coronary arteries on coronary angiography.
