Positron Emission Particle Tracking is a powerful, non-invasive technique that employs a single radioactive particle. It has been applied to a wide range of industrial systems. This paper presents an original application of a technique, which was mainly developed in economics or resource management. It allows the tracking of multiple particles using small number of trajectories with correct tagging. This technique originally used in economics or resource management provides very encouraging results. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
