Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of leptin, ghrelin and neuropeptide-Y on the development of non-convulsive seizure activity and their role on combating oxidative stress and cytokines produced by the systemic immune response in the WAG/Rij rat model for genetic absence epilepsy.
