Entrepreneurship is a important concept that have been at the center of market economics to solve employment problems in our country and the world. Also, it is one of the important topics of business and economic sciences. In order to satisfy the needs and happiness of the people, resources are to be have to gather and present. In societies, entrepreneurs have taken this important situation. Also, Entrepreneurs are also the dynamic force of societies. Entrepreneurs look to the world with wide-angle, and they become leaders in the global economy by their power and vision which transform not just their own country but also the world with their investment projects. Entrepreneurialism is the only key that seperates entrepreneurs from ordinary people and directs to entrepreneurship Entrepreneurial personality characteristics can be listed as follows; risk-taking, being fond of independence, tolerance to the uncertainty, the need to achievement, self-confidence, being creative and innovative and being able to make quick decisions. These features are relevant to the factors like person’s abilities, tendencies, in which the environment, family and educational background.

The purpose of this study is to determine the situations about entrepreneurial personality of the students who are studying on the universities’ associate degree technique and social programs. Also, by comparison of the programs, the effects of the type of program to the formation of entrepreneurial personality have been examined. .
