The Wireless communications and INformation Systems research center (WINS), as part of Kocaeli University, is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in research and devlopment in the new and emerging fields of wireless communications and information systems by using analytical tools, simulation techniques, and prototyping. The many challenging problems in wireless communications require efficient modeling, advanced signal processing tools, communication theory and information theory.
