Otomotiv endüstrisinde ve genel üretim sektöründe üretim verimi, büyük öneme sahiptir. BIW (Body-in-White) yani araç gövde üretim hatlarında transfer sistemleri verime etki eden önemli elemanlardandır. Bu çalışmada, Elektrome-kanik Liftli Konveyör, malzemeleri dikey olarak yukarı taşımak ve yatay yönde bir konveyör üzerinde ilerletmek için tasarlanmıştır. Elektromekanik Liftli Konveyörler bu hatlar için etkili bir şekilde tasarlanır ve kullanılırsa üretim daha hızlı ve verimli olacaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı mevcut bir yöntemden ilham alınarak bu amaca hizmet eden yeni bir sistem geliştirmektir. Elektromekanik Liftli Konveyör sistemi kaynaklı gövde üretiminde sabitleme, konumlama ve taşıma işlemlerinde kullanılır. Henüz son halini almamış kaynaklı gövdelerin üretiminde hassasiyet önemlidir ve Elektromekanik Liftli Konveyörler kaynak esnasında gerekli olan bu hassasiyeti sağlamaktadır. Aynı zamanda kaynak ünitesindeki diğer sistemlerin daha efektif çalışmasına olanak tanımaktadır. Bu projede BIW üretim hatlarının ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabi-lecek Elektromekanik Liftli Konveyör sistemi tasarımı yapılmıştır.
BIW (Body-in-White) production efficiency is of great importance in the automotive industry and general manufac-turing sector. Electromechanical Lift Conveyors are designed to move materials vertically up and horizontally across a conveyor and are important equipment for automotive production lines. If Electromechanical Lift Conveyors are designed and utilized effectively for these lines, production will be faster and more efficient. The aim of this study is to develop a new system that serves this purpose by taking inspiration from an existing method. The Electromechanical Lift Conveyor system is used for fixing, positioning and conveying in welded body produc-tion. Precision is important in the production of welded bodies that are not yet finalized, and Electromechanical Lift Conveyors provide the precision required during welding. It also allows other systems in the welding unit to work more effectively. In this project, an Electromechanical Lift Conveyor system has been designed to meet the needs of BIW production lines.
