Bu çalışmada, Bolu İlinde bulunan alabalık üretim tesislerinin proje üretim kapasiteleri, üretim miktarları, stok durumları, iş gücü ve iş güvenliği, balık sağlığı, personelin eğitim durumları ve daha fazla üretim yapabilmeleri konusunda gerekli olacak proje revizyon durumları değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışma için Bolu İlinde bulunan farklı özelliklere sahip 10 tesis örnek olarak alınarak incelenmiştir. İncelenen tesislerin birinde balık havuzlarının yerleşim planında detaylı bir proje revizyonunun gerekliliği tespit edilirken, bazı tesislerde basit ve kolaylıkla yapılabilecek küçük proje revizyonları ile tesislerde daha fazla ve sağlıklı balık üretiminin yapılabileceği tespit edilmiştir. İncelenen alabalık üretim tesislerinde görülen hastalıkların büyük çoğunluğunun olumsuz çevre koşullarından (stok yoğunluğu, kirlilik vs.) kaynaklandığı ve tesislerde yapılabilecek küçük proje revizyonları ile bu durumun ortadan kaldırılabileceği öngörülmüştür. Tesis ziyaretleri, uzman görüşleri ve benzer işletmelerin karşılaştırılması ile bu durumun geleceğe yönelik analizleri yapılmıştır. Örnek alınan tesislerde önerilen revizyonların uzun vadeli kazanımlarının önemi vurgulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma ile üretim döngüsünün bir bütün olduğu ve bu döngü içerisinde revizyon yapma durumunun sürekliliği değerlendirilmiştir. Tesislerde yaşanan kronik sorunların büyük kısmının tesis fiziki yapısında yapılacak düzenlemelerle çözülebileceği ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır
In this study, were evaluated the project production capacities, production quantities, stock status, labor and occupational safety, fish health, training of the personnel and the project revision situations in Bolu province that will be required for further production of trout production facilities. For this study, 10 facilities with different characteristics in Bolu Province were taken as samples and analyzed. While a detailed project revision was determined in the layout of the fish ponds in one of the examined facilities it was determined that more end healthier fish production could be made in the facilities with small project revisions that could be done simply and easily in some facilities. It has been predicted that most of the diseases seen in the analyzed trout production facilities are caused by adverse environmental conditions (stock density, pollution etc.) and this situation can be eliminated with small project revisions that can be made in the facilities. Future-oriented analysis of this situation has been made by facility visits, expert opinions and comparison of similar businesses. The importance of long-term gains of the revisions proposed in the exemplary facilities has been tried to be emphasized. With this study, it is evaluated that the production cycle is a whole and the continuity of revision in this cycle. It has been tried to put forward that most of the chronic problems experienced in the facilities can be solved by making arrangements in the physical structure of the facility
