In this study, the position and angle of the plate that has different characteristics are determined by using the image processing algorithms in MATLAB environment and plates are carried by 4-axis robot mechanism. Firstly, different geometric shapes and different colors plates (red triangle, a blue frame, etc.) are positioned according to the specified options after the plates are distinguished and then, the letters in the words is compared with database and position and angle information of letters is determined by the image processing algorithms. Letters are taken with vacuum holder by using these information and letters are aligned in flat form(zero degrees) with the help of RC serve motor. This process is controlled by the Arduino UNO board. The going to the specified position process is controlled by the AC servo drive through PLC-MATLAB communication.
