Apterous and alate viviparous females of Hyadaphis bupleuriphila sp. n. living on Bupleurum sp. (Apiaceae) and further undetermined Apiaceae are described from the Ankara province in central Turkey. The new species is morphologically similar to Hyadaphis coerulescens (Narzikulov, 1965), H. ferganica Mukhamediev & Akhmedov, 1979 and H. foeniculi (Passerini, 1860).
