The Ottoman Empire, which existed for more than six centuries, ranged from the administrative
system to the military system; It had a tremendous civilization in a wide range, from the legal system
to the education system and from the trades system to the health system. Analyzing the cornerstones
of this civilization is of great importance in terms of ensuring development in social, economic,
political, legal, military and many other fields. Based on this point, the theoretical model underlying
this study focuses on an evaluation especially about the last periods of the Ottoman Empire. It is
explored how much sustainable benefit will be achieved in the suppression of the rebellions by
reducing the application of adulteration. The results show that such a benefit is unsustainable.
