Özet

In radar systems, angular resolution depends on the range. Therefore, a target which is located far away from radar is seen more blurry than view of a target close to the radar. Resampling operation, reduction of data size, on radar data is needed to drive tactical display, however it causes resolution loss. We propose a new "non-uniform resampling approach" for radar resampling to reduce the resolution loss.
