Abstract

We explore the change of labor law in knowledge society. In recent situation, rigid competition puts pressure on labor law. In this study, we focus on Turkish labor law policy as an example for the change in labor law depending on increasing competition. In addition, we try to understand the direction of flexibility in labor law in Turkey.
