Postmodernizm; yapısalcılık, postyapısalcılık, yapısökücülük gibi akımların da teorilerini içeren bir anlayıştır. Postmodernizmin ortaya çıkmasında İkinci Dünya Savaşı öncesi ve sonrasında tüm dünyada yaşanan olumsuzluklar, savaşın getirmiş olduğu yıkımlar ve kayıplar etkili olmuştur. Modernizmin akılcı, işlevsel yapısından sıkılan insanlar farklı arayışlar içine girmiş, bu durum da postmodernizmin oluşmasına zemin hazırlamıştır. Postmodernizm; ilk dönemlerinde felsefe, mimari, edebiyat ve güzel sanatlarda etkili olmuş, zamanla modernizmin etkili olduğu her yerde postmodernizmden söz edilmeye başlanmıştır. Orhan Pamuk, postmodern tarzda romanlar kaleme alan Nobel ödüllü Türk yazarıdır. Bu çalışmada yazarın postmodern yaklaşımla 2016 yılında yayımlanan Kırmızı Saçlı Kadın isimli romanının içerik ve yapı yönünden tahlil denemesine yer verilecektir.

People who were bored with the rational and functional structure of modernism, went into different searches, and this situation paved the way for the formation of postmodernism. Postmodernism; It was influential in philosophy, architecture, literature and fine arts in its early periods, and in time, postmodernism began to be mentioned wherever modernism was effective. Orhan Pamuk is a Nobel Prize-winning Turkish writer who writes postmodern novels. In this study, the analysis of the author's novel named Kırmızı Saçlı Kadın, published in 2016 with a postmodern approach, will be included in terms of structure.
