Özet

The heterogeneous networks (HetNets) emerge as one of the most auspicious developments toward realizing the target specifications of Long Term Evolution Pro (LTE-Pro) networks and other upcoming 5th Generation (5G) wireless networks. In terms of the proper functionality and efficiency of the HetNets, avoiding and managing the said interferences are crucial. The methods used to overcome the interference and other related issues are called the Radio Resource Management (RRM) techniques. In this study, we propose a novel algorithm for RRM in the HetNets. The Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) is used to control the movement and connectivity of the network, where every UE monitors the received information and paging of the nearby femtocells. If the RSRP of HeNB-1 is higher than HeNB-2, then UE can connect with HeNB-1. Otherwise, the UE is connected with HeNB-2. Moreover, this information is monitored and ensures that the selection and reselection of the most appropriate femtocell is correct. The main advantage of the power control scheme is the possibility of using the entire bandwidth by using the interference coordination scheme. The novel scheme increases the channel capacity and SINR and maintains the QoS of the whole system. The results regarding UE throughput and capacity are presented.
