Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among school administrators' instructional leadership behaviors, intergenerational atmosphere, and intergenerational learning in schools. The study's model is a descriptive correlational survey. The population of the study consists of teachers who work in primary schools, elementary schools, and high schools located in the city centers of seven districts of the Duzce province in Turkey. In research, Instructional Leadership Scale, the Intergenerational Atmosphere Scale and the Intergenerational Learning Scale were used to gather data. The results showed a positive moderate correlation between instructional leadership and intergenerational atmosphere and a positive moderate correlation between intergenerational atmosphere and intergenerational learning. An intergenerational atmosphere was a mediator between instructional leadership and intergenerational learning.
