Bu yazı kitap değerlendirme yazılarının mahiyeti ile ilgili kısa bir tasviri, ideal bir kitap değerlendirme yazısının nasıl oluşturulabileceğine dair bir öneriyi ve birtakım teknik notları içermektedir.
A book review, which is a multifaceted critical analysis of a book and an evaluation on the quality, value/meaning, significance, and contribution of the book to its own subject/area, is not a report, summary, or advertisement, rather is a serious scholarly work. This note provides a brief description of the nature of book reviews, offers a guide on how to compose an ideal book review, and mentions some relevant technical notes.
