Özet

In this study, novel furfurylamine bound keto-oxime (FKO) modified electrodes are developed (Figure 1). FKO was prepared similar to method reported in the literature [2]. Graphite is selected for the base electrode material. FKO compound is used as modifier for the first time in the literature for the voltammetric determination of Ni(II) ions. Modified electrodes are developed by the cyclic voltammetry method and their performances in the determination of Ni(II) ions are analyzed by the differential pulse voltammetry. Effect of the pH on Ni(II) determination is investigated in the Britton-Robinson buffer solutions (pH= 1.0-7.0). The effects of template concentration, cycles (1-12), and scan rate (20-120 mV/s) on the performance of electrodes are also investigated and optimized. Interferences of various ions during the determination of Ni(II) ions are also evaluated. The highest anodic signal in determination of Ni(II) for polypyrrole modified PGE was obtained at 8 cycles, 60 mV/s scan rate. The highest anodic signal of in determination of Ni(II) for FKO-polypyrrole modified PGE was obtained at 6 cycles, 60 mV/s scan rate.
