Abstract

In this paper new control method of a separately excited dr traction motor using fuzzy logic is proposed. The design of a fuzz? logic controller for a DC-DC converter fed motor drive that produces traction moment for light metro vehicle is illustrated and implemented. The drive system has been simulated and implemented using a 486 personal computer with a data acquisition card.
