Abstract

Background: A long-detection interval (LDI) programming has been proved to reduce shock therapy in patients who underwent de novo implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) implantation. We aimed to evaluate effectiveness and safety of this new strategy in old ICD recipients.
