This study analyzes the effect of inclusive leadership and job autonomy on job performance by examining the moderating effect of job experience. In this context, the mediating role of job autonomy and the moderating role of job experience are investigated. The study sample comprised nurses and doctors employed at private hospitals in Kocaeli. Participants were requested to complete the survey forms by sending a link via the internet or by contacting the participants face to face. When the incomplete and carelessly filled forms were excluded from the analysis, 194 forms were evaluated. Data were collected using the survey method through the Inclusive Leadership Scale, Job Performance Scale and Job Autonomy Scale. As it was not possible to reach all employees, the convenience sampling method was employed in the study. The data collected was analysed using the SPSS 22.0 andAMOS 24.0 programs. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that inclusive leadership has a positive effect on job performance. It was revealed that job autonomy has a mediating role in this effect. In addition, it was concluded that as job experience increases, the positive effect of job autonomy on job performance increases.
