This editorial examines the reflections of the health transformation process on medical education, evaluating its historical development, current trends, and debates through a multidimensional lens. Shaped around topics such as accreditation, technology, community orientation, cultural sensitivity, and student participation, this issue aims to offer a critical perspective on medical education and contribute to a more equitable and publicly oriented framework.
