Bu çalışma dünyayı etkisi altına alan Covid-19 pandemisi sebebiyle ülkelerin ekonomilerini ve tarımsal üretimini nasıl etkileyeceğini analiz etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Pandeminin Çin’de çıkışı ile Türkiye’ye gelişi arasında üç ay gibi bir süreç geçmiş olması ve ilk vakanın 11 Mart’ta görülmesiyle birlikte hükümetin bazı kısıtlayıcı tedbirler almasını zorunlu kılan, Covid-19’un çok hızlı yayılım göstermesi oldu. Tabii bu tedbirler bütün sektörlerde üretimin aksamasına sebebiyet verdi. Bu kısıtlardan tarım da nasibini aldı. Gıda üretiminin sağlanması ve bu zincirin kopmaması için, çiftçilere ve tarımda çalışan işçilere pandemi sebebiyle getirilen kısıtlarda bazı muafiyetler getirildi. Ancak bazı bölgelerde ekim zamanının geçmesi, tarımsal üretimde azalmalara, yeterli üretim olmadığından önümüzdeki süreçte tarımsal ürünlerde yetersizlik olacaktır.
Covid-19 tüm dünyayı etkisi altına aldığından, hastalığın aşısı çıkıncaya kadar bütün ülkelerde olduğu gibi Türkiye’ de tedbirleri sürdürmek zorunda kalacaktır. Kademeli geçişler söz konusu olsa da hem tarımda hem de sanayide çalışanlar sürekli bir risk ve tedirginlik içinde olacaktır. Bu durum da üretimi ve verimliliği kötü etkileyecek gibi görünmektedir. Bu olumsuzlukları elemine edebilmek için hükümetin ve vatandaşın birlikte ortak çözüm üreterek, üretimi gerçekleştirmesi gerekmektedir.
Çiftçilerin ve tarımda çalışan işçilerin can güvenliğini sağlayıcı tedbirlerin, koruyucu önlemlerin alınması, Covid-19 testlerinin yapılması ve gerekli izolasyonların sağlanarak güvenli çalışma ortamının, güvenli gıda üretiminin sağlanması, ülke nüfusunun beslenmesi ve ekonomisi için oldukça büyük bir öneme sahiptir.

THE EFFECT OF COVID-19 ON AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION
ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to analyze how the economies and agricultural production of countries will affect due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which affects the world. A process that history as three months of arrival in Turkey with output in China of the pandemic and the first case that makes the government forced some restrictive measures to get together with interest on 11 March, Covidien-19 was to show very rapid spread. Of course, these measures caused disruption of production in all sectors. He got his share in agriculture from these restrictions. In order to ensure food production and not to break this chain, some exemptions were brought to farmers and workers working in agriculture due to the pandemic restrictions. However, in some regions there will be a shortage of agricultural crops in the coming period, since the sowing time has passed, there is a decrease in agricultural production, not sufficient production.
Covidien -19 because the whole world is under the influence of the disease vaccine pops up Turkey as it is in all countries’ will also be forced to maintain measures. Although there are gradual transitions, those working in both agriculture and industry will be in constant risk and anxiety. This seems to affect production and productivity badly. In order to eliminate these negativities, the government and the citizens need to produce a common solution and realize the production.
Taking precautions, protective measures, Covid-19 tests and necessary isolations to ensure the safety of life of farmers and agricultural workers is of great importance for the safe working environment, safe food production, nutrition and economy of the country.
