 Innovation and Sustainability 

Sustainable innovation should be identified as a core company value. It will be necessary to make sustainability part of the culture and pay attention to environmental and ethical actions in the decisions made. Every leader, manager and employee must be aware of sustainable practices and be able to present sustainable ideas. One of the best ways to embrace this value should be to educate, involve human resources and help them develop ideas for sustainability

 

İnovasyon ve Sürdürülebilirlik

Sürdürülebilir inovasyon temel bir şirket değeri olarak belirlenmelidir. Sürdürülebilirliği kültürün bir parçası haline getirmek ve verilen kararlarda çevresel ve etik eylemlere dikkat etmek gerekecektir. Her lider, yönetici ve çalışan sürdürülebilir uygulamaların farkında olmalı ve sürdürülebilir fikirler sunabilmelidir. Bu değeri benimsemenin en iyi yollarından biri, insan kaynağını eğitmek, dahil etmek ve sürdürülebilirlik için fikir geliştirmelerine yardımcı olmalarını sağlamalıdır.
