The yacht tourism sector in Türkiye is rapidly growing, driven by increasing demand for yacht- type boats, especially after global health crises. However, the number of yacht marinas remains insufficient to meet this demand, making location selection crucial for investors. This study aims to establish criteria for selecting suitable yacht marina locations in Türkiye. Using a semi- structured interview technique, opinions from 10 experts with over 10 years of experience in the sector were gathered. The Fuzzy AHP method was applied to determine the importance of eight criteria. Results indicate that Accessibility, Infrastructure, and Weather Conditions are the most critical factors. Muğla- Göcek (7.49) and Istanbul- Tuzla (7.318) were identified as the best investment locations. This study provides a systematic framework to guide entrepreneurs in making informed marina investment decisions.
