Özet

Distal vaginal agenesis is one of the rarest congenital malformations of female genital tract. We describe successfully operated teenaged monozygotic twins by combined abdominal and perineal approach. The imaging studies and surgical experience were presented. (c) 2008 Elsevier Inc.
