Özet

Power quality problems that cause damage to the end user's devices and sensitive loads used in the industrial sector occur when the voltage, current and frequency values deviate from the standards. Power quality problems that are unavoidable for power systems must be addressed and solutions must be offered for improvement. In this study, first indices showing how the distributed generation source (DGS) affect the power quality of the network to which it is connected are given, then the effect of the power of distributed generation source and location on the power quality on a real test system is examined with these indices. Analyzes are carried out by using the DigSilent Power Factory program. As a result, it has been observed that improvements have been experienced in the system due to increased power and distance from the grid.
