Commitment, justice and trust within organizations are effective factors to enhance organizational performance. Therefore, examining relationships among trust, justice and commitment in organizations is one of the important subjects to study. The success of an organization is closely related to its employees' organizational commitment, perceptions of trust and justice within the organization. If the administrators know the level of relationship this will help them to manage the organization in accordance its objectives.
