Özet

This study explores the industrial relations in Korea and Turkey since 1980. As a result, this study can find the hidden variables. Moreover, this study found that the pattern of industrial relations depends on social and political conditions and industrial relations was affected by government policy. In conclusion, this study suggested the changing pattern of industrial relations periodically since 1980 and derived the implications for the future.
