Özet

The COVID-19outbreak occurred in December 2019 in Wuhan, China's Hubei province. COVID-19virus then spread all over the world and continues to spread. Transmission of COVID-19 virus is fast and uncontrolled. All countries have taken measures against the virus. Some of the measures are international and some are national. COVID-19 is a global threat and affects societies in many ways. This study is based on twelve governance principles determined by the Council of Europe. An evaluation was made within the scope of governance principles determined. The scope of this study; The Ministry of the Republic of Turkey, discussing how they conduct the ABC epidemic. The importance of governance in combating the COVID-19 crisis has been tried to be determined. The importance of good governance in crisis periods has been tried to be determined.
