The primary objective of this research is to develop the ProofPoint application, an archival system that leverages blockchain technology. ProofPoint aims to facilitate the immutable and distributed storage of information, news, or any data within a digital ledger. This system is designed to ensure the preservation of information in its original form, free from any future modifications. In recent years, blockchain technology has emerged as a transformative tool in various sectors, establishing new standards for data integrity and reliability. The information recorded in the distributed and immutable ledger will be subject to verification and provable against the date of the original data entry. Accurate and unalterable archiving of information is of critical importance in the modern digital age. Any inadvertent or intentional alteration of information can lead to a distortion of facts, potentially resulting in significant social, economic, or legal consequences. The immutable nature of blockchain technology mitigates these risks, enabling secure archiving of information. This paper offers a comprehensive analysis of the potential applications of blockchain technology in archival systems and proposes a novel solution in this domain. The proposed solution is expected to represent a substantial advance in ensuring the security and integrity of information for both individuals and organizations.
