Özet

The preparation of 3 alpha, 4 alpha, 17 beta-trihydroxy-, 3 alpha, 4 alpha, 16 alpha, 17 alpha- and 2 alpha, 3 alpha, 16 alpha, 17 alpha-tetrahydroxy-5 alpha- androstane derivatives (5, 11, 18) from testosterone as steroidal analogues of diterpenoid inhibitor of DNA polymerase a, aphidicolin, is described. The crystal structure of 5 alpha- androstane-3 alpha, 4 alpha, 17 beta- triyl triacetate (6) is reported.
