Abstract

The human oriented structured environment has a big role for urban life. Public spaces satisfy the physical and spiritual needs of a society, they are also spaces which determine or change the social life, relations, and daily life. In the past, coastal regions served the economy as seaports, now they have the potential to organize the modern cities as valuable public spaces.
