This study focuses on the development of an artificial intelligence-based app that aims to make university students' access to internship opportunities that match their interests easier. The developed system uses artificial intelligence in line with the keywords selected by the students and recommends the relevant internship postings to the student and provides a customized experience in this aspect. In addition, the platform features an anonymous company evaluation system, a Q&A space for knowledge sharing and a company-based group chat that supports interaction between interns and mentors. The results of the proposed BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) based large language model are accuracy 92.97%, precision 92.87%, recall 92.97% and F1-score 92.92%. It is observed that the proposed BERT-based large language model has a high level of success. Designed to focus only on internships, this application aims to help students make more informed choices and get the best efficiency from their internship experience.
