Özet

Power system stability ensures efficient transportation of electrical energy to end-users. Determining the effects of short-circuit faults that may occur at different voltage levels in electrical networks is of significant importance to understand the overall behaviour and stability of the power network. The study examines the voltage stability index by evaluating the impact of faults at varying initial symmetrical short-circuit power levels. It considers the parameters of transmission lines and transformers utilized in actual systems. In addition to network short-circuit power, the impact of both symmetric and asymmetric fault types, as well as transformer connection groups, on voltage stability is investigated. This study aims to contribute to the improvement efforts of existing networks and the design of new networks by identifying factors affecting voltage stability.
