ÖZET
Burnun estetik problemlerinin giderilmesi için yapılan birincil cerrahi işleme primer nasoplasti ya da primer rinoplasti denir. Septum bu işleme dahil edilirse, işlem septorinoplasti adını alır. Yapısal elemanlarının ve doku çeşitliliğinin fazlalığı ile bunların birbirleriyle olan anatomik ve fonksiyonel ilişkileri, burnu oldukça dinamik ve karmaşık bir yapı yapar. Ayrıca burnun herhangi bir alt ünitesinin yapısal, travmatik ya da cerrahi değişimi diğer bölgeleri de etkileyecektir. Bu karmaşıklığı azaltmak için belli farklı yöntem ve sıralarla takip edilen algoritmalar mevcuttur. Septal müdahaleler sonrası sırasıyla burun dorsumu, kemik çatı ve burun ucu müdahaleleri izlenmesi bir seçenektir. Asimetriler, rotasyonlar, projeksiyon mesafesi ve burun ucu definasyonu, planlamalarla öngörülüp uygulanmalıdır. Rinoplasti plastik cerrahinin zorluk derecesi yüksek ameliyatlarındandır. Hastanın beklentileri ve istekleri ile cerrahın bunlara verebileceği gerçekçi karşılık örtüştüğünde, olumlu sonuçlar daha yüksek ihtimalle ortaya çıkacaktır.

ABSTRACT
The primary procedure which is performed in order to fix the aesthetic problems of the nose is called primary nasoplasty or primary rhinoplasty. If the septum is included, then the procedure is called septorhinoplasty. The variety of its structural elements and tissue types and the anatomic and functional relationship between those entities makes the nose a quite dynamic and a complex sctructure. Furthermore any structural, surgical or traumatic changes within any nasal subunits are likely to effect other areaas of the nose as well. To reduce thix complexity there are some alghortims which are performed within different methods and orders are available. Following the septal interventions, nasal dorsum, bone roof and nasal tip surgical interventions should be performed, respectively. Assimetires, rotations, length of projection and nasal tip definitions should be foreseen and applied within the planning. Rhinoplasty is one of the surgical procedures of plastic surgery practice which presents high level of difficulty. When the expectations of the patient meets the realistic responses of the surgeon, positive results are much more likely to come out.
