Özet

In this study, a 20kVA two-level neutral point inverter is simulated for two different linear load cases using PSIM program. In the simulation study, thermal losses and thermal temperature analysis were carried out at two different ambient temperatures by using the real parameters of the IGBT module. Output current and voltage graphs of the inverter are given for two different load cases. Thermal losses and thermal temperature results at 25 °C and 40 °C ambient temperatures are shared in tables.
