Abstract

In this paper, the homotopy analysis method(HAM) is used for computing an unknown time-dependent parameter in an inverse  semi-linear parabolic partial differential equation and compared with Adomian Decomposition method (ADM). To show of efficiency of the new approach, test example is presented.
