The effects of internal structure and geometric changes on the mechanical strength and vibration behaviour of structural parts are identified and documented. In this study, samples were 3D-printed utilizing a variety of auxetic cell structures and different cell types. Following the production of the samples, three-point bending tests and vibration tests were conducted in an experimental setting. The relationship between stress and frequency values was evaluated in relation to the obtained results. The impact of varying the cell structure of the material on mechanical strength and vibration behaviour was investigated. Furthermore, bending analyses and modal analyses were conducted using ANSYS commercial software. The outcomes of this study were then compared with those of the experimental tests in order to identify the optimal cell structure.
