Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to calculate filter coefficients used in recently proposed optimal post-process/in-loop filtering method, fast for improved video compression performance. At the same time, the effect of optimal filter coefficients to bit stream size is evaluated. As can be seen from experimental results, the proposed method can be implemented quickly at the cost of a small quality loss.
