Abstract

The paper introduces a novel approach to examine Hermite-Hadamard-type inequalities taking advantage of tempered fractional operators. These inequalities are proved by means of twice-differentiable convex functions involving tempered fractional integral operators. Obtained Hermite-Hadamard-type inequalities are a generalization of some of the studies on this subject, including Riemann-Liouville fractional integrals.
