Özet

In the last years, traffic accident ratio in terms of increasing ratio of the number of the vehicle and the dead ratio in the traffic accident has decreased relatively in last two decades. The main reason of the relative decreased dead ratio is to stem from both the lawful regulations and development on the vehicle safety systems and traffic control as of years. The fault ratio have been investigated that caused traffic accidents that occurred in last decade in Turkey, the accidents ratio stemed from driver faults have been seen to take place 95 percentage of total accident ratio. The effects on accident of the driver speed faults taking part between these ratios that is take part in the driver faults is to be estimated approximately 30 percentages directly and indirectly. The speed faults must be control by using different checking and reducing methods for continuity of traffic or driving safety. In this study, it is aimed that the high speed faults are minimized by using the vehicle speed control systems and traffic accident analyses confinement of the vehicle speed, the effects of the high speed to the traffic accident and any collapse risk, the factory effecting that the drivers speed choosing. According to this purpose, it was analyzed checking of the high speed faults which caused traffic accident and controlling with active safety systems.
