Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the total phenols content, antioxidant properties and anti tyrosinase activity of honey-bee collected pollen from Bursa-Turkey. The total phenolic contents and antioxidant activity studies in different concentrations were determined by the Folin-Ciocalteu method while the antioxidant properties were evaluated by 2,2-diphenyl-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging capacity (DPPH) assay.
