Abstract

We investigate the ground-state heavy quarkonium chi(c1)(1P) and its first radial excited state chi(c1)(2P) with the same quantum number J(PC) = 1(++). The mass and decay constant of the chi(c1)(1P) and chi(c1)(2P) states are evaluated using two-point formalism of QCD sum rule method including quark, gluon and mixed condensates up to dimension eight. Later, we compared our numerical results with the available experimental data as well as existing theoretical predictions in the literature. We hope that our findings can be verified with the next generation experiments in the near future.
