Havacılık Endüstrisinde Serbestleşme ve Deregülasyon Sonrası Yıllar: Türk Sivil Havacılığına İlişkin Bir Değerlendirme

Özet

Çalışmada havayolu endüstrisinin yaşadığımız yüzyıldaki konumu, havacılıkta serbestleşme ve deregülasyon faaliyetleri, açık sema anlaşmaları, 21. Yüzyıla gelindiğinde havacılık endüstrisi ve sebep olduğu ekonomik büyümelerin örnekleri, havayolu endüstrisi ve ekonominin ilişkisi literatürden elde edilen bilgilerin çerçevesinde incelenmektedir. Havacılık endüstrisinin dönüm noktalarından olan serbestleşme ve deregülasyon yıllarından sonra araştırmaya konu olan endüstrinin küresel ve bölgesel ekonomideki etkisinin bilindiği gibi pozitif yönlü olup olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmaya çalışılmaktadır. Yapılan araştırmalar ışığında elde edilen veriler, yapılan yatırımlar sonucu ivmelenerek gelişen havacılık endüstrisinin küresel ekonomide pozitif yönde etkili olduğunu ve bölgesel ekonomilerde kısmen pozitif yönde etkili olduğunu göstermektedir. Araştırmalar sonucunda serbestleşme sonrası ve günümüz havacılık endüstrisi hakkında bazı çıkarımlar yapılarak gelecek tahminlerinde bulunulmuştur. Ayrıca gelecekte bu alanda yapılacak nitel ve nicel çalışmalar için literatür taraması niteliğinde olması sebebiyle birtakım öneriler sunulmuştur.

In this study, the position of the airline industry in the century we live in, liberalization and deregulation activities in aviation, open skies agreements, examples of the aviation industry and the economic growth in the 21st century, the relationship between the airline industry and the economy are analyzed within the framework of the information acquired from the literature. After the years of liberalization and deregulation, which is one of the turning points of the aviation industry, it is tried to come to the conclusion whether the industry subject to research has a positive effect on the global and regional economy. The data acquired in the light of the researches show that the aviation industry, which has accelerated as a result of the investments made, has a positive effect on the global economy and has a positive effect partially on the regional economies. As a result of the researches, some inferences were made about the post-liberalization and the present aviation industry and future predictions were made. In addition, some suggestions have been made for qualitative and quantitative studies to be conducted in this field in the future, as it is a literature review.
