Objective: Evaluating the effects of incontinence on sexual function of women with overactive bladder (OAB) syndrome. Material and Methods: For this study, 90 sexually-active women who had regular sexual partners were admitted. The average age was 43 ± 11.4 (23-59) years. Women were divided into three groups, group A, group B and group C. Each group had contained 30 women. Group A; who had incontinence with OAB syndrome. Group B; who had only OAB, and no incontinence. Group C; control groups, they had neither OAB nor incontinence. All women were asked to fill in the Arizona sexual experiences (ASEX) form. Results: In comparison of group A and C from five questions in ASEX form, four questions; sexual desire, vaginal wetness, orgasm and satisfaction from orgasm, were founded significantly different (p< 0.05). However, for the second question, the difference (excitement), was not statistically significant (p> 0.05). Same results were observed between group B and C. There was a statistically significant difference for four questions (p< 0.05), while, there was not any difference for the second question (p> 0.05). Between group A and B, the significant difference was founded only in the fifth question; 'Are yours orgasms satisfactory?' (p< 0.05). Conclusion: OAB syndrome seems to be related with sexual dysfunction in women. Furthermore, Incontinence may be a factor that disrupts orgasm satisfaction in women with OAB.
